For traffic, workplace safety, fire safety, accessibility or any legally regulated signage, you are responsible for verifying the applicable local regulations.
Your responsibility
- You are responsible for the content you create and the accuracy of any text, photo or QR code.
- You confirm you have the right to use any image, logo or text you upload.
- You will not use the service for unlawful, defamatory, infringing or harmful content.
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
Intellectual property
Templates and the editor are provided to you under a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for personal and commercial use of the signs you create. You retain all rights to the content you generate. We retain rights to the editor and template artwork.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to printing errors, regulatory non-compliance, or loss of data caused by clearing browser storage.
